Kirtan at the Manchester Samagam
Kirtan is the heart of the Manchester Samagam, bringing the sangat together through the spiritual singing of Gurbani. Throughout the Samagam, respected raagis and kirtanis will perform kirtan from the Guru Granth Sahib Ji, creating an atmosphere of devotion, reflection, and peace.
The kirtan will include traditional shabads sung in classical raags, allowing the sangat to connect deeply with the teachings of the Gurus.
Stalls
The Manchester Samagam will also feature dedicated careers stalls aimed at supporting and inspiring members of the sangat, particularly young people and students. These stalls will provide an opportunity to learn about different career paths, speak with professionals from a range of industries, and gain valuable advice about education, training, and employment.
Professionals and organisations will be available to share their experiences, offer guidance on career development, and answer questions about fields such as healthcare, education, business, technology, and more. The aim is to create a supportive environment where individuals can explore opportunities, build connections, and gain motivation for their future.
Sangat of all ages are welcome to visit, ask questions, and benefit from the advice and insight offered by volunteers and professionals.
